Steps :

Preparations

• Cut the changeover profile to specifications

Assemble vent part

• Create vent assembly
• Insert gaskets and mount the changeover profile
• Mount the bottom pivot box + finishing profiles
• Insert the top pivot box

Assemble frame part

• Insert gaskets in profiles
• Mount changeover profile on frame profile
• Drill drainage holes in threshold
• Seal off end pieces and assemble frame profiles with changeover profiles to threshold profiles
• Mount top and bottom pivot boxes

Join vent and frame part

• Insert lower pivot point first
• Lower top pivot axle into vent via screw

Finish element

• Insert thershold covers
• Apply glass supports
• Insert automatic drop seal
• Insert lock receivers and guiding blocks
• Mount opening limiter

When using motorised locks:

Make sure to the door cannot be closed before funcionality of the eletric circuit has been checked.

• Apply cable loom
• Plug in locks and contacts
• Insert locks and perform functionality check
• Close the door
